Products and Mystery Format

Mystery Mags are sealed acrylic cases containing sports cards or collectible cards selected by Mystery Mags. Because each Mag is a mystery product, the exact contents vary from item to item and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Product descriptions, photos, examples, chase-card references, and promotional language are provided for general illustration and may not represent the exact contents of any specific order.

Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Prices, discounts, product availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is a pricing error, inventory issue, suspected fraud, or other problem with the order.

Shipping

Shipping timelines and carrier details are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Mystery Mags is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because Mystery Mags are sealed mystery products, opened products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless required by law or approved by Mystery Mags. If there is an issue with your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can review it.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or fraudulent orders, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
